Halloween Events?

Hi all-
Are there any Holloween events in PDX that are dog related?

There's some good pumpkin patches all around that allow dogs that are fun to go to. I've taken Heffner to the Lakeview Farms patch for the past few years. They have a little train that you can ride as well as a paddle boat. Not really an event, but it's a fun dog friendly Halloween thing to do!

There is going to be a costume Halloween party at the Dogs Dig It Daycare 1132 SE Salmon Portland, OR 97214
I was there for the Pug event and the woman there said they will be announcing the event soon

Petsmart has Halloween parties every year and the costume contest winner gets a giftcard. in the past it has been a $25, so it was pretty good. Petco has one too, i believe.

Oh my howl-o-ween parties are a pleanty. Doggy Delight has one, PetCo has one, PetSmart, Dogs Dig it, the list goes on and on. Check out the Furry Fun Planner in SPOT Magazine, we will have quite a few listed coming up with the October issue! Don't Forget October 19th at the forestry center as well, Doggy Palooza! It isn't right on the 31st but it will be a great event to practice dressing up for the goodie haul day. And while we are celebrating, lets not forget that my sweet Ruckus will turn 1 on that very haunting day! Feel free to eat a treat and sing happy birthday to him! :)

Wow! I had no idea there were so many Halloween events going on. I usually just stumble upon one if I'm lucky. Thanks for all the great ideas, although my Milo will probably not be too excited about having to wear his costume so much!

We're having an event - costume contest, prizes and pictures from 11-1 on Oct 25th from 11-1! Costume contest at 12! There will be more info on my site soon.
