Please email me at broach@prunw.com if you are interested in fostering. We really could use some more homes as many of our fosters are doing summer vacations.

Anyone love the big ones and are interested in fostering dogs that need activity, dog parks and daily runs? We have several nice large dogs that could really blossom in a foster home.

We are fostering a singleton kitten who is about 4 weeks old. Although we have plenty of other animals in the house, he's too little to play with any of them. We would love to find one, two or more kittens about his age who could be his foster littermates. If anyone is currently fostering kittens of this age and would like to make room in their home for other needy animals, we would be happy to take over their care. Please email me at puppyplayhouse1@aol.com if you can help or have any ideas. We've contacted a few other rescue people we know.

For years i did my own bit, rescuing, paying vet bills and finding forever homes. For whatever reason I was afraid of the commitment of fostering for an organization. How wrong I was!! We foster for Animal Rescue and Care. We provide the space, food and love. They handle vet bills and have the adoption system in place. It is SO much easier this way. Yes, it can be hard to blend new animals into teh household and yes, we do shed a tear each time someone goes to their forever home. And every once in awhile a foster situation doesn't work out. In these cases, Animal Rescue and Care has been great about rectifying teh situation right away.
