Dogs are not children and children are not dogs.
I can leave my dog home alone and go food shopping, try doing that with a 4 year old child.
I can walk the food isles in a store, bend down and pick up something on the bottom shelf with no worry th…
Moved to the Portland area in 1997 from the other state that won't let you pump your own gas (NJ). A while before that, we lived in small cottage amongst the farms in Scotland for 3 years and grew a great appreciation for Border Collies. The wool industry would be greatly diminished if it wasn't for those little workaholics.
Later when we got our house, it was time for a dog. At first we wanted to get a Border. A friend told us of a family with a litter of "collies", not knowing the different types. We went to check them out and they were Rough Collies and we immediately fell in love with them. My wife picked up a white and I picked up a tri-colored. Neither of us were going to budge so we ended up adopting both.
Our tri-colored passed away in 2008 and we adopted our new project, Louis. Louis is also a white Collie with sable markings.
introduce your pets, we love to know and see them

oh, my...! We finally found you!! (>_<)/
Hi! We are Mike & Misa with Indy & Krypto who met at the unleash park few days ago.
(I kept researching collywood...but not colliewood...)
It was nice to talk to you, and your blog is awesome! I love Louis's crazy run around a baby pool...! haha! We hope to see you again soon!
Hello Colliewood,
What beautiful dogs you have. I grew up with a tri-white factor male rough collie (wow that's alot of adjectives) and he was amazing. They are so smart and gentle. I would love to meet you dogs sometime and you too. I went to college in New Jersey, a small school called Fairleigh Dickenson University in Teaneck. I still crave some of the diner food, it was sooooo good.
Have a great afternoon.
