- I am an award winning competitive groomer, certified in all practical breed tests through IPG. I own D'tails Dog Salon located in the Pearl.I have been grooming for 11 years now. Wow how time flies.
I have 7, yes 7 dogs. They are the best pals ever!
I have worked in many animal related fields ranging from an Emergency Veterinarian's assistant, to kennel kelp, to reception work. I have always found my work to include dogs one way or another. I attend several grooming seminars a year to keep up on the latest trends and styles. Improving and learning never stops.
I placed 2nd in the Terrier division with a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and 2nd again in Mixed Breed styling with my little girl Rustie. August 18-19 in Seattle. I also participated in Pet Fashion Week in NYC. My Miniature Poodle Sir Sean Connery was a runway model. This was our first visit to NYC. I hope to go again and again.

Actually Grace is the GWP and she is a beauty in our eyes too. We do strip her occasionally and she really seems to thoroughly enjoy it.

- Hi, Deena. Any groomers in your group who are in McMinnville or Dayton or West Salem? I am interested in bartering fresh cage-free farm eggs for nail trims.....probably sounds weird but I thought somebody might like fresh eggs and my pup would do much better with a professional cutting him nails once a month.
