Oregon Dog Rescue has recently had a few dogs
come in and I am sure others have as well. If
you are a realtor, do you have any stories?
It was taken before she came to live with us, just before her foster folks took her in. She has always had such soulful eyes.

- Introduce Yourself
- I have been both employed in and volunteer with animal welfare organizations for a number of years. I currently have two animal companion partners that help me to do humane education, primarily with Head Start students. I am very interested in the animal-human bond, behavior and animal welfare in general.

- I share my home with two dogs: Rio the Red a crazy little cattle dog that lead me to my work in animal welfare and Moon my Eastern Oregon Shoe-herd (Border/Spaniel mix) who is the other half of our the Delta Pet Partner Team.

- Being in touch with the community is integral to being a good member of the community.

- Your site was picked up by a Google News search I keep running, "Animal Services Portland".

We haven't met, but I had the pleasure of meeting your two dogs this evening outside the Arbor Lodge New Seasons. I always stop to pet the dogs outside the store and I recognized Rio the Red by the pictures and of course the name.
Very cute doggies you have! They were both very sweet.
