My husband Michael mountain bikes. I use to bike too until a car accident five years ago. I have a bad back and both knees blown out with vertigo. My future goals are to dog sled in the snow and on the dirt trails. I also am raising a young quarter pony stallion to do horse carts.
I have found dogs either like the water or not at all. I have border collies that will not get out of the water, Hilo will go into the pool when it is hot on his terms, and Glacier never did like the water. But they all love the snow.
Glad to meet you and your gang. My aunt in Corvallis raises and shows Bernese Mt. Dogs. We are looking forward to getting together in the snow this winter. We are very busy with the horses this summer.
Hi Larry,
Great photos!!! Your a Swiss fan huh? They are a fantastic breed. It would be fun to join you in the snow sometime... no time really soon, unfortunately!
Have a good one! Take care and talk to you soon.
Hey Larry! Fancy that we are the only ones online at this hour. I just got a new MacBook Pro, but as you know, I am a die hard Mac gal. You'll get the hang of it. I have to get my photos organized and then I will blitz the site with Buddy pix. Don't have any of me, of course, being the shy one. The dogs and I have been laying pretty low, as it is so hot down here right now. S.
