I am currently a stay at home dog mom, and loving it! I live in Vacouver Iam 22 and I go to wsu I will be transfering to the wsu vancouver campus in the fall the complete my last year. Buddy is my first dog and he has completely turned me into a bonified dog crazy person, I already have plans on all the other types of dogs I want in the future!
introduce your pets, we love to know and see them
I have a tiny 4 pound 1 year old yorkie named Buddy! aka booboo, bubby, bubba, or simply the love of my life. I also consider buddy to be my miricle dog because when he was only 3 months old he was attacked by a husky outside a dog park and nearly died just a week before christmas! but 5 days and a few thousand dollars later he was as good as new! I feel so lucky to have him, and he has been one of the greatest things that has happened in my life thus far.
how did you find us?
I saw a link from a doggie website

Melissa,
My dog found a wallet on the 4th of July (at a festival in Tacoma)belonging to David Brallier from Vancouver. My google search indictated that you might know how to contact him. If so I can be reached at Santellswings@comcast.net

Hi Melissa! I seem to have missed responding to your post awhile ago - I'm sorry, I am so rude... I'd be happy to talk to you about Cavaliers - now or in the future - I love helping people to make good decisions regarding dogs!
Yes, Cavaliers can be fine with other breeds, both those larger and smaller. We have a 75 pound Labrador, and they all play together quite nicely. I suggest supervising everyone when the puppies are little, as they can accidentally get hurt while playing. Terriers and Spaniels are very different in temperament; you might worry more about a Spaniel getting hurt, hehe!
Coco is 18 weeks old and looking at Buddy, they do favor each other don't they. She is such a Diva but I love her that way. Hope to have a play date for them both soon.
I wanted to say hello and welcome to pdxdog. I also wanted you to know that I was happy, sad, and felt blessed reading about you and what buddy has been through. He is so wonderfully handsome and I enjoyed going through his photos. It is so nice to meet another parent of a yorkie. I look forward to sharing all the wonderful things that our babies are giving.
