Betsy is 3 years. I got her from the Humane Society. I really don't know what her background is. She looks like she has had some puppies. Poor thing. Her and Biggie are the exact same color. She needs some training and some love. Biggie will have ...
I decided it was time to get a dog, and after a long day of hunting the last stop on the list was the Pixie Project. They brought Biggie out and he crawled right in my lap. It was love at first sight. Poor little guy had been used as a baby making machine and hadn't been out much. He was so scared of everything. He has grown worlds and impressing us all each day with his capacity to learn. His favorite tricks are go round the world and roll over. With some love in his life he is slowly learning the joys of bones, toys and digging. He's also got chasing stray cats down pretty well and would love to get his paws on a chicken. He's got a bit of little man syndrome, but he's super big on love so who really cares? That face is eternal puppy with the wisdom of an old man in one.
Valentine - White's tree frog
I've always had a love of frogs. When I was a child we always caught toads in the yard and they would pee on us. After years of wanting one, I finally brought home "Valentine." He was just a month old and a tiny little thing round the size of my thumb pad. Being new to frog parenting and a little unsure what normal was we'd stare at him for long periods of time wondering. These days he seems pretty content, his dumpy tree frogness is setting in and I get a big smile on my face everytime he croaks.
Chloe - Persian
Chloe was the first pet I got after college. I finally was living in an apartment where I could have one. I looked for a persian on petfinder and she was the only one. Her sad scared face melted my heart and I went to pick her up immediately. Like Biggie she needed some love in her life and while she is still skittish she knows I am her mommy and likes to be by my side. She looks like one of those fluffy caterpillars and is very chill.
Lucy - Short-Hair Kitty
Lucy moved in with me and Chloe when my boyfriend and I moved in together. When we broke up and he moved away there was no way I was going to let him take her away. Lucy and I had a bit of a rocky start, she's aggressive and moody. Nothing like Chloe at all. She peed all over and was so stressed from her move. She's still moody but doesn't pee anywhere but the litter box now and is such a cuddle bug.

that turtle is one that my brother pawned off on me....hahahaha. But he did it because I had my other turtle May for a few years and they were drowning in pets (like I am now) so i said ok I'd take her so now the two live together.
Yes, I found him on petfinder.com, rescued from a shelter in CA by All Terrier Rescue. I actually went to Petsmart to meet two other ATR dogs, but they weren't fully pottie trained. Having enough to clean up already, I saw little Ren sitting there so sweetly and fell in love. I am convinced he waited for a home for 6 months in the shelter and 3 months here only because of a bad photograph! He is such a sweet and smart little love!
Sabrina, LOVE THE PHOTOS! Keep them coming!!! :) It really encourages more Chi Members to attend the playdates. :> Thank you for posting them. Biggie is soooooo darn cute!
