Fun contests :)
Those of you who know us know we are totally into having fun with our dogs and then adding to our dogs "resume" (yes, he has his own website, haha).. That means going out and playing, hiking or kayaking with our dogs, training -- obedience, tricks & agility, entering fun contests and whatnot. Well, thanks to Andrea, we entered the Jax and Bones Halloween photo contest on Facebook and Parker won 2nd place! :) Hooray! Thank you, Andrea for letting us know about this contest!!
We're also in another contest over at Modern Dog Magazine right now: http://www.moderndogmagazine.com/photocontest/dogs/09/08/29/parker and we're in 1st place (hopefully we can keep the position until Monday)! You can vote 1 time every 12 hours from each IP address. If we win this week, we'll be the first doggy to win from Oregon! Feel free to vote if you'd like, and if you're into silly contests like this, you should enter as well! We'd love to cheer on a fellow Oredogian. :)

Well, that's how Vanity Fair found it! The fine print says that the website gets all royalties and rights...whatever, all I really want is bragging rights anyway! So very exciting!

- Not a contest this time, but bigger -- Parker is in the December 2009 issue of Vanity Fair (with Robert Pattinson on the cover). Just goes to show that silly, crazy things can happen just like that!

We just found out we won another contest that was put on by PetUtopia with our Austin Powers photo. :) Very exciting! Some people give me grief that my hobby is dogs.. but it's sooo much fun! How could you not have fun? :) Maybe I'm just a goober.
