About Me: It's fun to know our members a little bit.
I've been training dogs for about 40 years. I am not "officially" retired and work with disabled persons--helping them train their own service dogs. I also help train if someone refers a client to me.
I've also retired from competition obedience and agility. But still like to stay active with dog people, helping with an occasional class and try to keep up with the dog world's changes.
I am an artist and an avid kayaker.
What Kind of Dog(s) Do You Have? What are their name(s)? It's nice to know.

Even though retired, I still love to "keep involved" with dogs and doggie folk.
I still want to learn new things and make doggie friends.
How Did You Hear About pdxdog.com and this Social Network? We want to know how you found us.

Did you find the trainers group? I think it's a good idea to do some training with other people, probably more motivating. I always look for fun and challenging things to do with Ellie to keep both of us learning and her mind active (mine too). Behave is active in the trainer's group.
Suzanne,
go to the groups tab at the top and that will take you to the current groups that have started. You can also create one of your own and ask people to join you, which I'm sure they will, it's a good idea.
Hey Suzaanne!
If all else fails, we're happy we can catch up with you here! :)
How is that darling little spitfire of yours? How are you holding up with her becoming a woman?

How about posting it in the training group? That might be a good place to start. I'll think about other ways too.
