About Me: It's fun to know our members a little bit.
You might recognize us, as I work for Swiss Cleaners in the Pearl and Sophie is often there with me, looking for some good lovin'
Outside of work...
We stay quite busy planning a wedding, the big event is set for September 13th 2008 and yes, to answer your question, Sophie IS gonna be the flower girl!
We love the outdoors, we go camping about once a month. In the winter, we head to the beach and in the summer we head towards Mt. Jefferson. The weekends we do stay in town, you can find us in forest park or at our local dog park, Spring Garden Park (on SW Spring Garden in between SW 30th and SW 35th).
Sophie lives for fetch and would play till her death, I usually cut her off after 45 minutes with the chuck it.

Hi Shannon and Sophie. I run a very small boarding facility, that specializes in both very active and special needs dogs. Most of my clients are referrals, but Sophie looks like she would give Cooper a run for his kibble. If you are interested in checking out what I do, drop me a line (or visit my web page to check it out). You may have seen my van in the pearl....A huge white sprinter van, full of dogs with the license plate WOOF1
Dear Shannon + Sophie,
While Sunday has some good points, we have many wonderful boarding facilities in Portland that are indoor/outdoor. I have used many with Ellie and would not hesitate to use them again.
I think it's always good to check the place out and talk to the owner, always do that, but many of our members have terrific facilities.
Outdoors can be dangerous. Sanitizing dirt where viruses love to live. Rains for nine months out of the year. No way to monitor stool and urine for deficiencies (things can change when your away), properly monitoring a bunch of dogs on lots of acreage ects. I have 5 daycare areas in a 7500 sq foot facility, vaulted ceilings with skylights and web cams. Feels outdoors. Oh ya, we are all doggie nurses/trainers/groomers. hyper dogs can climb any fence...especially when mommies away.
