This event is located in Hollywood, but the dogsindanger.com website has saved 7130 dogs (and counting). "DogsInDanger.com was launched in October 2007 with the goal of: Getting as many dogs adopted into loving homes as possible, before their time runs out; and Raising awareness of the number of dogs being killed in shelters."

I will not post or share any of the images or video here, it's far too heartbreaking. Heck, I cry watching "Animal Precinct" & my kids have banned me from watching it! But I signed the petition & I hope others will do the same.

Thanks for the compliment on my pups... I love them sooo much, and yes they are sweet big and fluffy (you can imagine the hair in our home!)... and we have a fluffy cat to boot!
I love what I do, and feel so happy to be doing something that makes animals feel better, as well as myself!

*I did work for this miniature (4 lb) chihuahua who fell asleep in my lap and, I think I could have been there well over an hour working with him! What a sweet breed :)

Thanks for the compliments on my dogs... GSD's are one of a kind dogs.. loyal beyond belief. I agree with you that Kota is so elegant looking. Inside though he is one great big goofball! We love him!
Poo looks very cute. Chihuahuas have such wild little (big) personalities! What a great duo -- Poo and Goth Beagle. I'll bet they're a formidable team!
